There often seems to be no shortage of lawsuits involving Real Housewives stars, and we recently learned about another one, as Real Housewives of New Jersey star Caroline Manzo's husband, Albert Manzo, is being sued by a former employee. But how has Albert respond to the allegations?

Lanise Jackson worked for Albert and his younger brother, Tommy Manzo, at The Brownstone until November 2013. She filed a lawsuit against them earlier this month, saying she had "racial, sexual, ethnic, and country-of-origin epithets hurled at her hourly." She also claims to have not been paid for overtime.

So here's what Albert has to say about the claims. "I’ve never spoken to any employee in that manner," Albert told the New York Daily News. "This is the most insane thing I’ve ever dealt with. Now I got The Daily News calling me about this, I’m seriously thinking about launching a countersuit. She is defaming me."

"It’s almost like she has nothing better to do," Albert added. "I can’t wait for this to go to court. She’ll be perjuring herself." Albert also thinks that the lawsuit is just "a byproduct of the fame of the show."

What do you think will happen with this lawsuit?
