Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jacqueline Laurita's lovely daughter Ashlee Holmes is stirring up controversy over the fact that she's getting Botox at age 23.

Ashlee talks to Radar Online about the fact that she got Botox injections last week, despite her young age. "It was my first time," Ashlee says. "I just felt that I had try it at least once." Apparently, almost 30 percent of people who get Botox every year are under age 30.

But does Ashlee  who posed for a sexy lingerie shoot late last year  even have wrinkles to eliminate yet? "Botox is most effective on wrinkles that haven’t quite set, so I tried it," she explains. "I really don’t see the big deal."

"People lose their minds over other women getting cosmetic procedures," Ashlee continues. "I say, if you have the finances and you feel like it’s something that will make you feel more confident, why not go for it."

Ashlee explains that the procedure will wear off in two or three months, at which point she'll be "curious" to see how it worked and will then decide whether to do it again.

"It’s not like I’m out there telling women, 'Hey, the only way you can be beautiful is by getting all sorts of injections,'" she says. "I believe that everyone should be comfortable in their own skin."

Do you think Ashlee is too young to get Botox?
