"I'm on Day 13 of @JillianMichaels 30 Day Shred!" Jac tweeted on January 25. "I'm starting to see a shift in my body, but it's kicking my butt! I almost see ab muscles forming."
Jacqueline also posted a photo (at right) of her progress. "I'll show you a pic, but remember that I'm only almost half way through her program #30DayShred," she captioned the pic. "I'll show pic at the end." She looks great to us!
So what made her start this new plan? "I had to do something while I'm waiting for my trainer @jolenemfitness to heal from just giving birth," Jacqueline wrote. "I was slacking without her. XOXO! Miss her!"
"I realized that I am the only one stopping me from getting the body I want so I'm not going to stop myself anymore. Full speed ahead!" Jac continued. "Every time I feel like I'm not seeing results fast enough, I tell myself that at least I'm one day closer. No excuses, I just do it!"
And how long does she work out for? "The workout is only 20min. a day," she tweeted. "I can give up 20 min. a day to really push it! I feel good afterward..... AFTERward!"
"I work out because it makes me feel good, gives me more energy for life, and I can fit back into my old clothes," she added. "I feel more confident." We love her attitude!
She also discussed her tummy tuck. "Tummy tuck DEFINITELY helped me get rid of extra skin that wouldn't go away w/ diet & exercise, but that doesn't mean I never have to work out again," she wrote. Keep it up, J!
