It was a tough week for Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe Giudice. The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple decided to plead guilty after being charged with 41 counts of financial fraud and now they are both facing potential jail time.

The sentencing won't occur until July, but it's looking like three to four years for Joe and up to two years for Teresa. In an attempt to make the situation easier on her four daughters, Teresa is hoping to serve her time under house arrest. If Teresa's request is granted, does that mean that filming will continue for The Real Housewives of New Jersey during her "jail" time? Radar Online reports that Teresa is game, but prosecutors are less excited about the idea.

"There is no question that Teresa would absolutely film while under house arrest," Radar's sources insist.

Still, they have no doubt that the opposing side will do everything they can to prevent the cameras from rolling.

"Prosecutors will ask that if the judge sentences Teresa to house arrest that no cameras be allowed to film during that time," the source reasoned, adding, "Serving a prison sentence isn’t glamorous or fun and officials don’t want it to look like it is."

It sounds like we need to start preparing ourselves for a Giudice-free season of Jersey.
