This week, The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 finally saw ratings rise to above 2 million viewers for the first time since the premiere. Was this renewed interest driven in part by the rumors that Jacqueline Laurita may return by the end of the season? Jacqueline sure thinks so!

"Couldn't help but notice the show fight/my rumored return caused a jump in #RHONJ ratings this week. You'll just have2watch&see what happens," Jacqueline recently tweeted.

Hmm... Do you think the rumors really had that much of an impact? We're not convinced. We could definitely see some fans tuning back in specifically to see Jacqueline if and when she does return, but we're not sure people would really watch episodes that are totally Jac-free just because she might make an appearance down the line.

Chances are, the hair-pulling fight in Episode 4 is what caught people's attention, and more viewers than usual tuned in to watch the aftermath (and perhaps to see if the husbands would get physical too).

Jacqueline's real ratings impact will be revealed when she cameos later in the season if the rumors are right that is.

Do you think Jacqueline's maybe return helped the ratings? If she does come back, will the ratings rise even more? Sound off in the comments below!
