We've seen a lot of things and heard a lot of nasty rumors over the seasons on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but nothing tops Victoria Gotti's recent claim that Teresa Aprea's husband, Rino, once slept with her own mother, Santa. But could that shocking claim be grounds for a lawsuit? According to the twins, yes — but against Jim Marchese, H'wife Amber's husband.

In an interview with Us Weekly, Teresa and Nicole Napolitano denied the rumors that they're quitting the show after what was said about their mom. Back in February, Teresa once said she was "out" after hearing the kinds of rumors that were floating around, but clearly that didn't stick; the twins say they are still part of the show, and don't plan on going anywhere.

Interestingly, the twins also told Us that around that time, Jim said that Santa had been involved with Rino. So far, we've only heard that rumor come out of Victoria Gotti's mouth, but she did tell Amber, along with Teresa G.. Does Amber fill her hubby in on the gossip? Does Jim then make trouble? It sounds like it.

"Jim is small and weak, but he's gotta stop. There are kids involved here. Come after us, but do not touch our children or our mother," Nicole told Us. Teresa added, "We need to set the record straight. My mother is ready to have a lawsuit against Jim for slander."

Well, we guess we'll have to wait and see how this all plays out!
