Danielle Staub stirred the pot on The Real Housewives of New Jersey for two seasons before getting the boot, and now the controversial former cast member has reportedly filed for bankruptcy.

According to NorthJersey.com, Danielle filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection on May 30. Her assets are estimated to be worth somewhere between $500,000 and $1 million — which also happens to be the same amount of money she owes 35 creditors.

Among the creditors listed on the filing are the IRS, American Express and nine law firms. One law firm, Damico Del Sardo & Montanari LLC, represented Danielle in 2009 when she went to court to prevent an ex-boyfriend from releasing a sex tape. That same firm also represented Staub when she filed a complaint against her RHoNJ cast members following an altercation at a country club.

Staub’s attorney, Zakaria Aljaludi, hasn’t commented on the case.
