Every week, we eagerly search for some wise tidbits from The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars, and we never need to look further than Twitter or their BravoTV.com blogs. Historically, the blogs have been an additional outlet for the H’wives to tell “their side” of the story — and occasionally rip into their co-stars — but at the Season 4 Reunion of RHoNJ, the blogs became especially important.

It all began when Caroline Manzo’s daughter Lauren alleged that Teresa Giudice never writes her own posts and enlists others to do it for her instead. To prove her point, Lauren asked Tre to spell and/or define “napalm” on the reunion, and no one was surprised when Teresa couldn’t do it.

Give all of the blog controversy, Melissa Gorga wants to ensure viewers that her posts are hers, and hers alone.

She writes (in her BravoTV.com blog, natch), “What I do want to assure you is that I am at home sitting at the island in my kitchen writing my blog. I know there is a lot of talk about how we don't all write our own blogs, but it's very important to me that you know this is coming from MY heart.”

“This is not a dig. It's the truth,” she says. “I think all of you have found comfort in the fact that what I say is real and the truth. Whether you love me or hate me, you know when I tell you something I’m going to give you an honest answer.”

We appreciate Melissa vouching for the authenticity of her blogs, especially after such a crazy season. Do you believe that she writes her own posts? Weigh in below!
