Teresa and Joe Giudice are preparing for a vicious fight — and this one has nothing to do with The Real Housewives of New Jersey! Instead, the husband and wife team will find themselves in court on Mondaym April 1 with their lawyer, Miles Feinstein, as they prepare to argue Joe’s fraud charges.

Juicy Joe was found guilty of fraud in 2010 after he was caught driving with his brother’s license because his own license had been suspended following a DUI five months prior, and now, nearly three years later, the case is finally going to court.

Joe had previously been offered plea deals, but his lawyer tells Radar Online that he turned them down because “nothing that they have offered has been acceptable to my client. We’re going to trial.”

And that’s where Teresa comes in. Tre has made a habit of being by her man’s side no matter what, and as Joe’s lawyer explains, she has the potential to be an integral part of his defense. “Teresa could be the star witness if we need to call her,” he tells Radar.

Looks like April will be off to a rough start in the Giudice household. Do you think Joe will be convicted? Vote below!
