By now we’ve all heard about the infamous Real Housewives of New Jersey brawl” that started March 30 at H’wife friend, Kim D’s Posche 2 salon. RHoNJ stars Jacqueline Laurita along with husband, Chris, and co-star Joe Gorga got down and dirty with John “Johnny the Greek” Karagiorgis, and the whole ordeal later landed the four in front of a judge. Now, the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office will present the charges in front of a Grand Jury to set this legal matter in motion.

NJ.com, caught up with Maureen Parenta, a spokeswoman for Bergen County Prosecutor, John L. Molinelli, and she revealed, “Grand Jury hearings have not been scheduled yet.”

As it stands, the charges Jac, Chris, Joe, and John are all facing include several counts of assault, harassment, and making terroristic threats. If the Grand Jury approves, this case can go to trial and the reality stars will have to defend themselves from any repercussions that come along with their charges.

And this isn’t the first time Jac and Chris have been in court on account of assault charges. Back in 2010, the Lauritas had to stand before a judge when Jac’s daughter Ashlee was accused of assaulting former RHoNJ star, Danielle Staub. Staub won the case and Ashlee had to pay a fine.

Although Bravo’s cameras weren’t present for that case, they were present the night of this brawl, and we can only wonder if they’ll be there if Jac and Chris have to go to court once again.
