When Joe Giudice got busted with a DUI last year, hence losing his driving privileges for a while, he thought he'd be able to cheat the system by using his brother's identification to get himself a brand new license. Unfortunately, his "bright idea" could cost him ten years in prison. He could have accepted a plea deal from the state of New Jersey to cut the time in half, but he chose to stand trial instead. Bold move, Juicy Joe.
If Joe does end up in the slammer for ten years — or even two or three or one — that would leave Teresa Giudice with four little girls to tend to on her own, including extreme-handful, Milania.
Of course, she wouldn't have to worry about cheating rumors anymore, or put up with the way Joe talks to her, or deal with the rivalry between her hubby and her brother. And her bathroom would smell nicer.
Jacqueline Laurita thinks Teresa could end up with a spin-off called My Life Without Joe ... and we're not gonna lie, we would so watch that.
What should Tre do?
