This week on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, we watched Caroline Manzo's brother Jaime say "I do." After 13 years, Jaime and his partner Rich exchanged vows in one of the most beautiful ceremonies we've ever seen.

When it comes to Housewives, we're used to over-the-top, outrageous events. While Jaime and Rich's wedding was far from simple, it managed to be elegant and classy, without crossing into gaudy.

True, the women were required to wear hats, but paired with casual, flowery dresses, the garden theme just worked. Yes, butterflies were set free, which sounds cheesy, yet it was absolutely beautiful! The speeches got teary and sappy, but came across as sincere and moving. Last but not least, the happy newlyweds urged their guests to launch wish lanterns into the night sky, along with their secret desires.
