Tragic news: Real Housewives of New York could be put down soon!

A source close to contract negotiations told the Hollywood Reporter that the stars have all refused to sign new contracts! Apparently, “what’s currently on the table is unacceptable.”

This conflicts with last month’s reports that Ramona Singer, Carole Radziwill, Heather Thomson, and Countess LuAnn de Lesseps were all signed on, with only Sonja Morgan and Aviva Drescher holding out. But with all of the Housewives throwing in the towel after what has apparently been a bitter round of negotiations, there may not be a show!

It’s unclear whether Bravo would revitalize the show with different cast members if negotiations continue to be this dismal.

While RHoNY isn’t as big of a performer as, say, Beverly Hills or Atlanta, it’s still a pretty big hit! We really hope that negotiations work out, because we have no idea how TV will be remotely satisfying without some solid RHoNY catfights.
