Seems like that bad blood between Aviva Drescher and besties Heather Thomson and Carole Radziwill is not going away. After the neverending BookGate drama between Aviva and Carole aired, Aviva took to the presses to say that her fellow Season 5 newbies were being replaced by Bethenny Frankel and Jill Zarin. That, of course, turned out to be false, but now the ladies are hoping the roles will be reversed!

Observant viewers may have noted that Aviva was missing from the opening cast photo during this week’s episode. According to some, the reason she wasn’t pictured holding the apple was that the Leggy Blonde author opted out of the Berkshires trip, so producers punished her by cutting her from the opener.

Well, whatever the reason, some viewers seemed pretty happy with the adjustment. One fan tweeted, “I wish last night's intro pic would stay like this forever :)  @iamHeatherT @CaroleRadziwill @KristenTaekman,” next to the new cast photo.

Then the Housewives themselves got in on the action. Heather responded first, writing, “we just need @CountessLuAnn #holla #RHONY.” Carole followed suit not long after with, “We agree. Let's start a write-in campaign. #WhereisLu'sApple?”

Now, it was no mystery where ladies fell on Aviva beforehand, but it’s interesting that they are suggesting LuAnn de Lesseps's full-time return. Lu’s been open about her willingness to step down to a more supporting role this season, so we weren’t sure she wanted back in. But hey, we’re in if she is!

Do you want Aviva out next season? How about LuAnn? Tell us in the comments below.
