We continue to be impressed with former The Real Housewives of New York castmate Alex McCord’s weekly video blogs for RumorFix, where she goes through the most recent episode at rapid speed, pointing out where and how the producers set things up, and calling the ladies out for being inauthentic.

In her vlog for this week’s episode, Season 5, Episode 6: "I'm UK, You're UK", Alex points out moments when there should have been “conflict,” and “more drama,” but the new cast sticks to polite and personable chatter instead. She also calls out LuAnn de Lesseps for referencing Annabel’s club in London, because “everybody who’s been to London has been there.” Alex says, “She needs to come up with something better.” Poor LuAnn, being called out for her lack of trendiness from one half of Silex!

Alex’s “real moment of the week” goes to Ramona Singer, because the RHONY alum actually went to her real-life favorite shoe store with Aviva Drescher: Giuseppe Zanotti. We guess this counts as “real,” but we would have chosen Ramona’s seemingly “real” reaction to Aviva’s prosthesis. That kind of shock and awe can’t really be faked, right?

Check out the clip below, and hear Alex explain why the ladies didn’t buy anything on their London shopping trip (“because the producers aren’t paying”), and how Sonja Morgan and LuAnn screwed up the “purity test.”
