Real Housewives of New York stars Aviva Drescher and Ramona Singer were like oil and water throughout the last leg of Season 5 and on into the reunion. However, according to Aviva their seemingly never-ending feud (which also includes Sonja Morgan) might be at least partially for show.
Aviva spoke to Radar Online about the apparent tension between herself and Ramona, and claimed Ramona actually texted her nice things as the show aired.
“While the show was airing, after filming," Aviva explained. "Before our fight in St. Bart's Ramona was texting me from time to time ... Several times Ramona texted me and wrote 'you were great in this episode' or 'great job. I once responded 'LOL- that was when you had my back' and she wrote back, 'I will always have your back.'”
“It's weird,” Aviva continued. “Way before I apologized on/off camera trying to make peace and move on - she was texting me sweet nothings!”
Aviva claims she’s not the argumentative type, but we’ve seen the contrary time and time again, and last we heard, Ramona’s no longer buying Aviva’s apologies. So despite the girls' text history it still sounds like the tiffs are really real.
