On The Real Housewives of New York Season 5, Episode 14: “Slutty Island,” the drama reached a season high when Aviva Drescher and Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan butted heads over Aviva bringing her hubby Reid on the gals' vacay.

In this sneak peek of Season 5, Episode 15: “Vacation, All I Never Wanted” (airing September 10) the fight flares up again when Aviva hears Ramonja complaining about how their girls trip has lost its fun.
