Ouch! Could Bethenny Frankel have just taken a shot at her fellow Real Housewives of New York alum Jill Zarin? Maybe so.

Bethenny took a stand on Twitter yesterday (November 19) against buying followers, and while she didn’t outright name Jill among the guilty parties, there may be reason to believe the comment was directed at her anyway.

“Am I living under a rock?” Bethenny tweeted. “I'm just hearing that people buying twitter followers is rampant. Shame on them & shame on twitter.”

Jill, of course, was asked whether she purchased Twitter followers during her big Watch What Happens Live one-on-one with Andy Cohen because, according to an insider, “everyone involved with the show has suspected” her of it.

Naturally, she denied the accusation and moved on, but given her tense relationship with Andy (he got angry at her because she had her WWHL interview secretly taped in order to “protect” herself) and Bethenny’s continued close friendship with Andy, this might’ve been a tongue-in-cheek remark directed squarely at Jill. Then again, lots of Housewives, particularly the cast of Real Housewives of Orange County, have been accused of buying followers as of late.

Do you think Bethenny was pointing fingers at Jill with the comment? Why or why not? Hit the comments and let us know your take!
