We’re starting to get a severe case of whiplash thanks to all the back-and-forth volleying going on about whether Jill Zarin will or will not be returning for Real Housewives of New York for Season 6.

While one insider source has stated plainly that the embittered castoff will not be returning, another new report indicates that after the ratings spike of Jill’s one-on-one with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live (to the tune of over 1.3 million viewers) Bravo does wants her back.

Per Radar Online, “Jill's appearance [on WWHL] solidified the likelihood that she will be featured on the sixth season,” thanks also to massive fan response directed toward the network, and “Jill is open to the idea of coming back to the show and would be willing to appear as a guest star.”

Reportedly, the heated feedback in combination with Jill and Andy becoming trending Twitter topics during the episode’s Monday night launch “is the kind of buzz that the network wants for the next season,” and it doesn’t hurt that Jill’s “a polarizing figure [with] a very, very strong personality.”

According to the source, Jill’s now convinced “the show needs her more than she needs them.”
This just reached a whole new level, folks.
