We’ll have to wait until Monday, October 15, to hear exactly what Bravo exec and Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen had to say to Jill Zarin about firing her from Season 5 of the Real Housewives of New York, but Jill – perhaps due to the fact that she’s nervous about the segment being edited – has given a hint as to what he’ll say.
In a new interview with Too Fab, Jill teased, “You’ll have to watch and see Monday for his reason for firing me. Whether you believe him or not is up to you.”
Throwing overly curious onlookers a bone, she added, “He basically says they listened to the fans, focus groups and social media.”
Jill called BS on the reasoning, too, declaring “I have over a million followers and 50-100 a day are emailing me. I’m happy to share letters. I actually brought to the set 100 letters that I got.”
She also hinted that the subject of her former co-star Bethenny Frankel will be a pretty heated one between the two.
“I told him I thought he played favorites with Bethenny and I gave him specific examples, one being his socializing with Bethenny. He invited Bethenny to certain events and didn't other Housewives. He got defensive ... very. You'll have to watch that,” said Jill.
Bonus? Jill dodged the question over whether her boycotting campaign to get her back for RHONY Season 6 has been successful or not. If Jill does make it back onto the show, ba-zing!
The Real Housewives of New York airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
