Whatever you think of Ramona Singer, there's no denying that the Real Housewives of New York star has an impressive derriere.

If seeing her bikini bod in Miami wasn't enough to convince you Ramona is looking good, maybe this sneak peek of Season 5, Episode 12 (airing August 20) will do the trick.

In it, Ramona and Sonja Morgan heads to a doctor (or spa?) where Ramona gets a "bio-sculpt treatment," which involves a butt massage, a giant needle, and a "shocker." Piss, poo, and orgasms are all mentioned.

Honestly, we don't even really know how to describe what's going on. You'll have to watch it for yourself.
