Though Bravo made us wait for what felt like forever to officially renew The Real Housewives of New York, the hit show is returning for Season 6 later this year. However, all of our favorite H’wives might not be returning for more drama in the Big Apple.

According to the New York Daily News, we may be missing a few familiar faces this season, as only Ramona Singer, Carole Radziwill, and Heather Thomson have signed on, leaving Sonja Morgan, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, and Aviva Drescher’s fates hanging in the balance.

Apparently negotiations are over money and Bravo is unsure if they want the remaining trio to return. “They may want to round out the cast with fresh meat,” a source tells the Daily.

This makes sense considering that only Ramona, Carole, and Heather walked the red carpet at Bravo upfronts yesterday, though the joke may be on Sonja considering she threw LuAnn and Heather under the bus recently.

Last month, Sonja guessed to Showbiz 411 that “LuAnn and Heather” would be “out” for Season 6, though clearly that’s not the case — at least for one of them. LuAnn also mentioned recently that Bravo may “want to bring a new woman on or two," though we doubt she knew they’d be potentially replacing her!

Are you surprised that Sonja, LuAnn, and Aviva may not be returning this season? Sound off below.
