Team Ramona or Team LuAnn? RHONY’s Heather Reveals Who She Is Closest To - Exclusive

We’re only two episodes in to the new and improved Real Housewives of New York, but already it’s clear that the ladies will be forced to take sides, form coalitions, and plan battles. Why? Because they’ll eventually travel to St. Barth’s together on vacation, and every Scary Island experience needs a good war.

When Heather Thomson spoke to Wetpaint Entertainment recently, she told us about some of the groups and duos that have formed throughout the season. When it comes to who she’s closest to, she said, “I think Carole [Radziwill] and LuAnn [de Lesseps] and Aviva [Drescher].” So basically we have the New Girls plus LuAnn on a possible team.

But she also said that Aviva is very close to Carole and LuAnn, and that “Sonja [Morgan] and LuAnn are close.” What we can deduce from all of these close relationships is that LuAnn did a pretty great job of recruiting the new girls into her circle of trust, and maybe, formed a united front against Ramona Singer. Note that Heather doesn’t mention Ramona at all.

Does this mean we can look forward to another incident like the Season 4 battle in Morocco when LuAnn and Kelly Bensimon joined together to argue against a visibly shaken Alex McCord? Would Ramona ever back down if everyone but Sonja were against her? (Turtle) time will tell!
