Being the OG housewife, Vicki Gunvalson has seen many highs and lows throughout her previous eight seasons on The Real Housewives of Orange County. But the “Woo-Hoo” gal is dishing on Season 9, saying, I have a great feeling it's going to be a good season this year.” Read on to hear what Vicki had to say about this week’s premiere.

“As I watched this first episode with my high school girlfriend while we vacationed on our annual girls trip in Naples, we both found ourselves laughing out loud at some of the scenes,” Vicki wrote in her Bravo blog. “It was truly refreshing to see some laughter and fun, instead of all the screaming and chaos that we have known to bring to the TV.”

Leave it to Vicki to dish the truth. One of the reasons we loved the Season 9 premiere so much was the light-hearted feel it had — and yes, it definitely produced some LOL moments.

“I, for one, really enjoyed this episode, as it brought some laughter as Heather, Tamra and I experienced our first girls trip to Hawaii together,” Vicki continued. “Flying to Hawaii with just Tamra was really nice. Since she and Eddie got married, I haven't had a lot of one-on-one time with her so I was really excited to be alone. I'm so happy that our friendship is back on track, and it feels so good to be able to laugh together like we usually did.”

Seeing this dynamic duo reunite was pretty fantastic, wasn’t it? We’re glad these BFFs got to reconnect on the trip to Hawaii. That being said, our personal favorite moment was when the trio of gals went surfing. Vicki may be good at a lot of things, but surfing is definitely not one of them.

“When Tamra came up with the idea of surfing, I was like, ‘Sure...I can do this.’ Holy crap, I had no idea it was that difficult to do,” Vicki revealed. “I could not get my balance on that darn board. Every time I thought I had it, I would shift my feet to balance the board out and it would flip me over. Ugh. At least I didn’t give up, and finally after what it seemed like 200 tries — I made it. Bucket list checked off for surfing. Done!”

Congrats, Vicki! We can’t wait to see what this season has to offer!
