Looks like Monday’s “Hoedown Showdown” turned out to be more of a slow-down (boom!) for The Real Housewives of Orange County. Viewership dipped slightly this episode, losing nearly a hundred thousand viewers since the previous episode down from 1.74 million to 1.64 million, according to Zap2it.

We guess Heather Dubrow’s hoedown just wasn’t as interesting as a meltdown over seating arrangements! This spells bad news for the ladies, several of whom are likely on the chopping block, including new housewives Lizzie Rovsek and Shannon Beador, who are both under a lot of pressure to bring the drama their first season on the show..

Fortunately, we’ve been promised some exciting new episodes in the future, including a trip to Southeast Asia which we’re pretty pumped for. In an interview with E!, Shannon promised “drama and betrayal” and fellow housewife Vicki Gunvalson swore it would be worth our time. “Somebody that is typically the one that's the instigator of some issues finally gets called out, and I'm not going to say who,” the veteran reality star teased.

Hopefully more viewers will tune in for the ladies’ Asian adventure. We’re already loving “scary” Shannon and her friendship with Vicki, and we can’t help but feel for poor, beautiful, definitely-Italian Lizzie. We also can’t imagine anything less fun than traveling to a foreign country with Heather. Would she insist on the middle seat on the plane? Or would she just wait for Shannon to go to the bathroom and then take her spot? We’ll have to tune in to see!

Are you excited for the trip to Asia? Do you think RHOC needs to ax some of the housewives? Sound off in the comments!

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Monday nights at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
