Shannon Beador has already had to deal with a lot of drama on The Real Housewives of Orange County — and it’s just her first season! Granted, most of it comes from castmate Heather Dubrow, but we still need to know how she handles everything!

In an interview with OK! Magazine, Shannon revealed what she keeps in her enormous purse, and the list includes some holistic remedies to help her through the bickering. Shannon barely got past the package of baby wipes in her purse before launching into the “medicine” in her bag.

“When you’re on The Real Housewives of Orange County, you need to have Rescue Remedy,” Shannon said, waving around a vial of the stuff. “Because when there’s drama, stress, you take a little bit of this, put a drop in your water…calms you down. Sometimes you need that.”

Shannon continued her list with some basics: her husband’s “rocker” glasses (“I’m a rocker,” she said, whatever that means), reading glasses, an iPad (“I’m trying to learn social media! My kids taught me how to text.”), and…more natural remedies.

“And here’s a homeopathic remedy I’m taking right now,” Shannon concluded, pulling a small tube from her bag and examining it. “Silica… I don’t know, really, what that’s for.” According to our research, it’s prescribed to patients who get chilly easily. Seems like it might be easier to pack a sweater, but we suppose Shannon wouldn’t have the room. (Just kidding. Her purse is the size of a small country.)

Do you think Shannon relies too much on homeopathy? What should she carry in her purse? Let us know in the comments!

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Monday nights at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
