UPDATE (September 15, 2014): It must be a buyer’s market out in Orange County because, according to Realtor.com, Vicki Gunvalson just reduced the price on her Coto De Caza home from $2.9 million to $2.7 million. Sure, it’s not a major drop in price, but it’s definitely a drop nonetheless. Have there been no bites since she listed the property back in July?

Vicki recently revealed that she has already found a new home and put a bid on it — prompting Bravo boss Andy Cohen to question if Brooks Ayers would be moving in with his lady love. Short answer: not happening.

We’re crossing our fingers that Vicki is able to sell the house quickly so she can move on with her life. Onwards and upwards, girlfriend!

Original Story (July 8, 2014): If there’s one constant on The Real Housewives of Orange County, it’s veteran star Vicki Gunvalson. And what would the matriarch be without her booming insurance business, adorable little family, and fancy house? Welp, it looks like she might be parting with one of those things for nearly $3 million — and we’re talking about her home, of course!

According to Today.com, Vicki is selling her “California Mediterranean” home in Coto De Caza for upwards of $2.899 million. The 5400-square-foot house has tons of entertainment space and nearly six full bathrooms with five bedrooms — watch a tour of her estate and see for yourself!

We’ll admit, we’re a bit surprised to see Vicki selling her house at this time. Her daughter Briana recently moved her family from Orange County to Oklahoma and reportedly just gave birth to her second son over the Fourth of July weekend. Seems like a stressful time to move if you ask us!

Vicki recently spruced up her house, and we can just imagine how hard it will be for her to say goodbye to her new “serene” bedroom. With all the drama being a reality TV star can bring, we hope Vicki is eyeing her next escape from the hustle and bustle of life.

We just hope Vicki doesn’t move into her office. Homegirl needs a break sometimes!
