We must have been good this year because Santa has a special gift for us this Christmas: a brand spankin’ new season of Mob Wives: New Blood, which just premiered last Thursday (December 5). And with a new season brings fresh faces Natalie Guercio and Alicia DiMichele, both hailing from the City of Brotherly Love.

As a special treat, Wetpaint Entertainment was able to catch up with this “new blood” at the NYC premiere of the VH1 hit show, and both ladies had dirt to spill to us exclusively about what’s in store this season.

We first chatted with Alicia, who has seen her fair share of legal issues this year — both for herself and hubby, Eddie Garofalo. In the midst of all this controversy, was she ready to put her life in front of a camera? “I don’t really think that it’s something that you can be ready for, but I’m enjoying myself,” Alicia told us. “I’m learning a lot. I’m having a good time with the girls.”

Fellow newbie Natalie was also apprehensive about opening her life up to the cameras. “I think anybody would be hesitant to join a reality show, putting our life on exposure,” the reality star told Wetpaint. When asked whether the experience was different or the same as she expected, she said “a little bit of both.”

As for the original mob wives, Natalie shares that “a couple of them were warm and welcoming and a couple of them weren’t.” Hmm, we wonder who she’s hinting at! But at the moment, she dishes that she’s still closest with her fellow Philly newcomer, Alicia.

On the other hand, Alicia was most excited about her growing friendship with Mob Wives vet, Drita D’Avanzo. “You know what, ironically, it’s Drita,” she said when asked whom she’s bonded with most. “Getting to know her, she’s like my inspiration. She went through about four years ago what I’m going through now.” It’s good to see some of the old and new girls getting along!

So what else should we expect out of this all-new season? “A lot of laughs, cries, and more drama,” Natalie summed it up. Sounds good to us!
