“People say, ‘Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer,’ and at this point, I don’t know who to trust,’” Alicia DiMichele reflects in an explosive sneak peek from tonight’s (December 19) episode of VH1’s Mob Wives: New Blood.

When we last left off, Alicia had just found out via phone wiretaps that her incarcerated hubby, Eddie Garofalo, had still been in touch with his ex-girlfriend Carla — and that mutual friend Renee Graziano was aware of their relationship. So Alicia decides to invite Renee over to hash it out, looping in Drita D’Avanzo and Big Ang to “see what they have to say” about Renee’s involvement.

First of all, we have to talk about how random and hilarious Big Ang is in this scene. She gets things started by warning Drita about some of the food having egg in it. Huh? “Why are you telling me that?” Drita replies. “You act like I’m allergic to eggs. Don’t start a rumor.”

Well, speaking of rumors! Alicia takes this as a chance to side-swipe Renee with the drama while the OG mob wife is literally mid-pasta-scoop. Doesn’t she know that’s not correct etiquette? We don’t blame Renee for going in on some wine while Alicia shares the details of Renee, Eddie, and Carla’s relationship with Drita and Ang.

So what was that phone conversation exactly? According Alicia, Eddie and Carla were chatting when Carla said that she was waiting for Renee to arrive. After that, the threesome went to get some Chinese food. (This Chinese food thing will come up again later, we promise.)

Then Renee attempts to defend herself. “Let me clarify something: I am very big on respect. As for as Carla and Edward’s relationship, I did not know that you were not aware of it.”

Our no-nonsense lady Drita does not like that excuse: “I don’t think her husband should be hanging out with his ex-girlfriend!”

Alicia then explains that during her marriage to Eddie, she heard rumors that he was hooking up with Carla. At that point, she asked him to end their friendship, and he agreed. But according to these wiretaps, he didn’t hold up his end of the bargain.

“He lied! And for what?!” Alicia cries.

“Chinese food — I hope it was good food!” Ang adds. Ha! Big Ang, you slay us.

At this point, it’s clear who Alicia is really mad at: Eddie. “You’re going to risk going to Chinese food with your ex girlfriend and risk your wife and your three kids? That’s stupid. Come the f—k home to your wife who wants to cook and be a mother to your f—king kids, you douchebag!” You tell ‘em, girl!
