New women have come and gone on Mob Wives: New Blood, but one thing has remained the same: the fiercely loyal friendship between the OG Staten Island gals, Renee Graziano, Big Ang, and Drita D’Avanzo. Now, it seems like there’s something that might finally tear them apart: new Phill addition, Natalie Guercio.

Up until this moment, the other ladies have remained impartial in that neverending “delicious” feud between Natalie and Renee, but all of that changes in this week’s episode — which we see in this sneak peek. Last episode, Renee lashed out at the woman she affectionately called “mini me” just a few episodes ago, putting her into a headlock after the two got into a shouting match over brunch. In the aftermath, it’s clear that Renee wants the rest of the girls to ignore her sparring opponent, but they’re still acting chummy with Natalie while on a trip to the race track — and Renee is not having it.

"I see Natalie joking with the other girls and it's making me feel sick and twisted," she says to the VH1 cameras, as we see her sitting off alone. "I don't really give a f—k if all the girls want to hang out with Natalie, they can do it. They can do it alone without me. I'm not a f—king two-face.” Fighting words!

The ever-rational Drita and conflict-hating Big Ang pay Renee’s actions no mind, and continue to have fun with Natalie. After some time, Renee decides to confront Big Ang and Alicia DiMichele. "So you girls obviously know I have an issue still,” she says. “What she said was disrespectful."

The ladies then explain that technically Renee was the one in the wrong here, which she doesn’t want to hear from her close friends. "Well then I can obviously see where everyone's loyalty lies!" she exclaims.

But don’t think you can get away with telling Big Ang that she’s not loyal. "Now you are crossing the f—king line," Ang says.

Renee storms off, referring to all of the girls as “f—king backstabbers.” Uh oh! There seems to be trouble in paradise for these enduring friendships. Will they work things out? Only time will tell.
