The Biggest Loser Season 15 winner Rachel Frederickson shocked everyone when she weighed in at 105 pounds at the finale, having dropped 155 pounds. Now, trainer Jillian Michaels is breaking her silence on what she felt about Rachel's unbelievable weight loss.

"Obviously, I thought she had lost too much weight, and I was immediately concerned and wondering how this happened," Jillian tells the Huffington Post, adding that Rachel's dramatic weight loss had somehow "fallen through [the show's] checks and balances."

"I was stunned," Jillian continues. She points out that a person who gains or loses too much weight "is utilizing their relationship with food to manage emotions that are painful, hard, difficult to face or control."

Rachel herself has admitted that she may have been "a little too enthusiastic in my training to get to the finale," although she added that she is "very, very healthy."

We understand why Jillian would have been so concerned about Rachel's appearance on the finale. However, Rachel seems to be doing better now, as she showed off a healthier physique during an appearance on Today last week. We wish Rachel all the best.
