No, you did not hallucinate that headline. New Kids on the Block is going on a cruise, and the whole trip’s going to be filmed for a reality TV series. Think of it like Making the Band but with life jackets and extra vomiting.

The show, which, we kid you not, is titled Rock This Boat: New Kids on the Block, will span eight episodes and feature the band’s fans and the group itself on a weeklong cruise. It’ll air on the TV Guide Network, so set your DVRs now.

Turns out this isn’t the first time Jordan and Jonathan Knight, Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg, and Danny Wood have set sail together. In fact, since reuniting back in 2008 after more than a decade apart, New Kids have sponsored multiple such cruises. Never, of course, have TV cameras been along for the ride, too.

This year’s cruise departs from the Big Apple in June and heads south to Bermuda. It immediately follows the band’s European tour (yes, really). Then, once the fellows return stateside, they’ll be jetting off to Las Vegas and Planet Hollywood, where they’re playing New Kids on the Block: After Dark in July.

Anybody else marveling at what a full slate the band has? We mean, we love us some throwback '90s music, but still...
