Pray like you've never prayed before, guys. Not to be overly dramatic, but Jenelle Evans's stomach is exploding all over the place — with cysts, babies, and an angry appendix. This girl had fans across alligator swamps near and far clutching their pearls in horror when she went under the knife for an unexpected organ removal during this week's episode of Teen Mom 2, but luckily she survived to live another day.

It goes without saying that Jenelle could barely contain her distress, and to make matters worse, she and her mom were fighting nonstop during the episode. Why? Because apparently Barbara was worried that Jenelle's boyfriend, Nathan Griffith, would turn into her estranged husband, Courtland Rogers — who Jenelle accused of abusing her whenever she dared to socialize with friends and family!

"When I was with Courtland it was horrible," Jenelle told her mom in a rare moment of candor. "I wasn't allowed to have any friends at all, could not associate with anyone on the phone, with anyone on Twitter, or he would abuse me."

Yikes. We understand why Babs was so nervous about Jenelle having another boyfriend considering her track record (looking at you, Kieffer Delp), but Nathan is different. This dude took care of Jenelle during her surgery, was right by her side during her abortion, and willingly showed his fruit in her lady looms. Basically, he's a major catch, and Babs should be happy that he's in Jenelle's life — especially considering that her previous man-friend punished her when she dared to go on Twitter!

Do you think Babs was being unfair to Nathan? Weigh in below! Although, to be honest we don't understand how this lady can take Nathan seriously when he insists on ripping the sleeves off every shirt he owns.
