We've been seeing more and more sheer panels lately! It seems like with every red carpet event, someone else opts for a cutout-style number. The blue carpet at the Billboard Music Awards hosts maybe the most comprehensive collection of stars in sheer outfits so far this year, with everyone from Jennifer Lopez to Selena Gomez opting to show a little see-through.
