Renée Zellweger Dating Guitarist Doyle Bramhall II, Wants to Adopt — Report

Remember Renée Zellweger? That actress with whom you fell in love in films like Jerry Maguire, Bridget Jones's Diary, and Chicago? The one who won an Oscar for Cold Mountain? She's been keeping a low profile lately — having not appeared in a movie since 2010 — but a new Perez Hilton report touts that she's all set to start a family.

The site touts that the 44-year-old is dating Doyle Bramhall II, also 44, a guitarist and frequent Eric Clapton collaborator.

According to the site's source, her relationship with Doyle is going so well, she's considering expanding her family. Apparently, she's been waiting for a guy who is "dying to share the adventure of parenthood with her."

The insider claims that Renée has been a little down about not having a family yet but never wanted to be a single mom: "She really thought that she’d be married and raising kids out in the Connecticut countryside by now."

But Perez's source also says that Renée tries to stay positive about the future and isn't daunted by the fact that she might have to adopt at her age."She knows 44 isn’t too old to be a mom. It will just have to happen a little differently than she always imagined it would."

If all that is true, we wish Ms. Z all the best!
