True Blood’s Final Season: Are You Glad Season 7 Is Its Last?

It's hard to imagine a world where more shirtless eye candy and addicting supernatural adventures is a bad thing, but every TV show has an expiration date. Clearly, the HBO Powers That Be don't think True Blood has reached its, because the vampy hit has been renewed for a final Season 7. Do the fans agree?

In our opinions, Season 6 was one of the more stronger seasons in a while, thanks to a more streamlined plot. And by the end of the season, most of the excess fat of the show (aka Billith) had been trimmed, and we were given the preamble for a more Bon Temp-centric season next year.

The point is, the show is busy reminding us why we fell in love with in the first place, which makes us very happy to hear considering that we now know that Season 7 will be the show’s last. And while less of a show is normally a bad thing, the 10-episode order for the show’s final season just might help the writers stay focused when plotting; they will have to wrap up this show in such a way that fans will either be happy that they were a part of the experience or sad that the show ended its run. Regardless of it all — it’ll make us feel something for the show again.

However, some fans are feeling the fatigue and had hoped Season 6 would’ve put the show out to pasture. What do you think — should Season 6 have been the end or does it need Season 7 to wrap things up?
