Cynthia Bailey Reveals She Lost 20 Pounds — How Much Does She Weigh Now?

Cynthia Bailey's friendship with NeNe Leakes may be over, but she's feeling way too fabulous to let the situation get her down. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star is feeling like a brand new woman after losing some unwanted pounds and she wants to tell the world about it. The former supermodel is featured in this week's Life & Style, where she reveals the secrets to her success.

In the interview, Cynthia details how she turned to the GenoVive plan, also known as the DNA diet, which looks at your genes to design a custom diet specifically aimed at your best weight-loss potential. The article, which is titled "Cynthia's Diet Triumph: 'I Got Back my Confidence'," under the heading "Diets That Work," outlines the plan and gives a sample Cynthia's low-fat daily food journal.

After taking a saliva test, the Housewife discovered that her body required a low fat and higher carb diet. “I got to eat pasta!” she exclaims. (Of course, that particular plan worked for Cynthia because of her specific genetic makeup, so there's no guarantee that you will get her same results.)

The 5-foot-10 reality star started off at 168 pounds, as seen in the article's still-flattering photo, and has since dropped 20 pounds and two dress sizes. That's pretty impressive!

“I lost more inches than actual weight. And I went from a size 10 back to a size 6!” Cynthia reveals. “It’s nice to be back to my old self!”
