Kim Zolciak Reveals Her Weight-Loss Secrets!

Finally, Kim Zolciak is sharing her real secret behind that amazing post-multiple-baby bod! As it turns out, it's not just genetics and walking, as she once claimed. The formal Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member and current Don't Be Tardy star recently revealed to Life & Style that she breaks a serious sweat on a daily basis, plus she is actually getting some pharmaceutical help on the side.

“I’m ready to put my bikini back on!” Kim boasted to the magazine.

Most women never get back into a two-piece after having twins, and Kim actually had two other babies right before her twins, back to back! Still, even though she's tiny now, she did put on a good amount of weight when she was pregnant with Kaia Rose and Kane Ren.

“I gained 50 pounds with the twins," Kim admitted, but she's come a long way. "I’m between a size 2 and a size 4."

Kim isn't sure how many pounds she's actually lost — she's just going by the way she feels, which we think is a great idea.

“I won’t get on the scale, but all my clothes fit again!" Kim gushes.

So, what's her secret?

“I take Xenadrine for energy to work out and do an hour of cardio each day," Kim divulged.

After a little Googling, we found that Xenadrine is considered a "nutritional supplement," and it contains ephedrine, which speeds up your metabolism and suppresses your appetite. But, we wouldn't go following Kim's master plan without consulting a doctor. Apparently, the controversial ingredient can speed up your heart rate and raise your blood pressure with deadly results.
