How long is the summer? Because we seriously can’t wait another second for some of the Revenge Season 2 cliffhangers to be answered. Fortunately, our favorite shoreside drama has been renewed for Season 3, but we’ll have to wait until the fall for the answers to all of our burning questions.

Here are this season’s biggest cliffhangers:

1) Emily Tells Jack That She’s the Real Amanda Clarke

Umm, we’ve only been waiting for this moment since the show began! Closing out this season’s finale, Emily rushes to Jack’s side where he’s about to shoot Conrad Grayson. To keep him from pulling the trigger and ruining his own life, Emily tells him that she is his real childhood sweetheart. How will he react? Will he run into her arms weeping? Will he sucker punch her, making her fall off the balcony Fauxmanda-style? WE JUST DON’T KNOW!

2) Declan Dies and Charlotte Doesn’t Know

The last time someone important in Charlotte’s life “died,” she downed a whole bottle of pills and almost greeted Sammy the Dog herself. Now her baby daddy is dead and Victoria hasn’t even told her yet! This seems like a major mistake on Queen V’s part. She’s going to hear about it when Vicki’s not around and have a major meltdown. What could that mean for her unborn child? Chances are Declan Jr. won’t appreciate ingesting a pharmacy.

3) Victoria’s First-Born Son Returns

While assassination attempts and FBI arrests are going on all around New York, Victoria’s son Patrick casually knocks on the door to Grayson Manor. Somehow Victoria immediately recognizes him, but we never get a clear shot of his face. Is he coming to attack or embrace her? And how did she know who he was?

4) Daniel Leaves His Fight With Blood on His Sleeve

Declan Porter might not be the only Revenger whose journey ended in Season 2. Toward the end of the finale, Aiden Mathis confronts Daniel Grayson inside Emily Thorne’s home. They have a major battle and right when Aiden says he’s giving Daniel a pass to live, Daniel crashes into Emily’s desk landing within a foot of her gun. Then Danny shows up to Conrad’s acceptance speech with blood on his sleeve. Did the former poet kill Aiden?!

5) Nolan Is Blamed For The Initiative’s Actions

No one should ever be allowed to lay their hands on Nolan Ross, especially members of the FBI who clearly have no idea what they’re doing. But after Trask forced Padma Lahari to tape an incriminating video that implicated Nolan in all acts of terrorism, basically saying that he is The Initiative, it looks like our favorite sidekick is in big trouble. How is he going to get out of this one?
