As Zap2it reports, the finale drew in 4.9 million viewers, and earned a 1.5 rating in the all important 18-49 demo. While this is down from Season 2's finale, which earned a 1.7 (though keep in mind that was also in a different timeslot), it was up 15 percent over the penultimate episode of the season. We call that a win!
Revenge has already been renewed for Season 4, and we're hoping these numbers mean good things for next year. Season 3 has been a creative resurgence after the lackluster Season 2, and the finale was truly a game changer, offing major characters and fundamentally resetting some of the basic dynamics of the show. Hopefully it will inspire even more people to tune in to see what happens next when Season 4 premieres this fall! After all, don't you want to see how Emily will proceed now that it seems like her revenge is finally complete?
