Are Nolan and Takeda Secretly Teaming Up on Revenge?

Ever since Nolan Ross and Satoshi Takeda exchanged a meaningful look in episode 15 of Revenge, we've been obsessing over whether these two allies of Emily Thorne have teamed up behind her back.

Although both have helped Emily before in her quest to avenge her father, they've also expressed the opinion that Emily should consider dropping it. Nolan wants Emily to get together with her childhood sweetheart, Jack Porter, while Takeda believes Emily has gotten too emotionally involved with Daniel Grayson.

The only question is how Nolan and Satoshi even linked up in the first place. But we can totally imagine Takeda, upon getting the invitation to the Fire & Ice engagement party, reaching out to Nolan to enlist his help. 

Now Takeda has taken Amanda Clarke under his wing, and Amanda is the key to revealing Emily's true identity and motives. Could this dynamic duo hold that over Emily to make her stop revenging?
