Despite our more than audible gasps when Emily Thorne knocked on Victoria Grayson’s log cabin door for the first time, we knew Revenge would never kill off its biggest villain. But in the Season 1 finale, there were three potential deaths, one of which show creator Mike Kelley confirmed would actually happen.

Since we’ve now seen Victoria Grayson and her pill-popping offspring Charlotte out and about, that only leaves one well-dressed vixen one Lydia Davis.

Conrad’s former mistress had sold her soul to Victoria, and last we saw was boarding the plane to Washington, DC to testify against him. We know that flight exploded, and we’re still not sure how Victoria escaped, but the general consensus seems to be that Lydia didn’t make it.

In last week’s episode, “Resurrection,” Conrad spoke to Daniel about the White-Haired Man saying, “You don’t understand what this man is capable of. He took down that plane. He killed poor Lydia.”

Hmm, we wouldn’t necessarily refer to her as “poor Lydia.” She was a woman of ... uhh ... easy virtue, after all. But is she really dead?

Earlier this summer, actor Henry Czerny spilled the beans saying Lydia “definitely died” in the explosion, and actress Amber Valletta, who plays the fashion-forward floozy, has tweeted several times about not being on the set.

After receiving multiple tweets about Ms. Davis’s fate, Amber responded:

Hmm, that’s a very spoiler-free answer, unfortunately. But all signs indicate that the former owner of Emily’s beach house won’t be coming back to reclaim her property.

Do you think Lydia’s really dead? Or will they bring her back as another shocking surprise? Weigh in below!
