Did Revenge’s Nick Wechsler Produce Magic Mike?

Among the many familiar names in male-stripper film Magic Mike, you may have seen a surprising credit: Nick Wechsler.

Was it a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it background performance from the Revenge star? As much as we’d like to see this hottie strip, he wasn’t in the film.

Not only was the credit for producing, not acting, but it’s also not the same Nick Wechsler — this one is a 62-year-old film producer.

While this Nick may not be a household name like Kyle Valenti, his company’s credits include many famous book-to-film adaptations, including Requiem for a Dream, Reservation Road, The Time Traveler’s Wife, The Road, and the upcoming Stephenie Meyer film, The Host.

So this time around, you won’t see Nicky in his birthday suit, but there’s always hope for Revenge Season 2 — or perhaps even the Magic Mike musical!
