Emily Thorne's Engagement Ring on Revenge: Classy or Tacky?

Pop your sunnies on, because it’s time to re-visit the giant, sparkly diamond otherwise known as Emily Thorne’s engagement ring.

This rock has been quite the source of controversy lately, with some Revenge fans chatting about how gorgeous it is, while others shake their heads in horror.

While Daniel never mentioned who designed Em’s ring, we saw him pull out a red box which looked suspiciously like Cartier — definitely a jewelry house fit for a Hamptons Hottie!

The ring itself is a Kim Kardashian-worthy champagne-colored diamond, set next to what appears to be a few clusters of smaller rocks.

There’s no doubt that diamonds are a girl’s best friend no matter what color they are, but we were expecting something more classic for Em’s dainty finger. A stunning solitaire, perhaps?
