Emily VanCamp's Sister Katie Is a Famous _____!

As a star of a hit ABC show, you’d think Emily VanCamp would be the stand-out sibling in her family. But that’s not necessarily true.

Emily’s sister Katie VanCamp is a published author of children’s books. But don’t worry, the actress isn’t going to get all revenge-y on her older sis. In fact, she’s excited for her success.

“So proud of my sister Kate for her awesome books ‘Harry and Horsie’ and ‘Cookiebot’! Check 'em out for all the little ones in your life :),” Emily tweeted.

According to Harper Collins Publishers, Katie is a former dancer who opened a ballet school in Shanghai, China and has worked as an au pair for David Letterman’s son Harry (hence, Harry and Horsie).

And though the sisters seem close, it turns out that Katie’s original inspiration was her sister Molly, not Emily.

“She was probably my first muse,” the writer told Elle Canada.

Katie hopes to turn her book into an action-adventure series.
