Waiting for Revenge to return this summer has felt as long as Emily Thorne’s juvie sentence. To keep busy and provide you with the best spoilers possible, we’ve been snooping, Em style, to find the latest and greatest details on our favorite show.

So you can imagine our surprise when ABC released an episode description for the Sept. 30 premiere and titled it “Destiny.” Originally the episode was called “Bound,” with actor Gabriel Mann spilling the title first and others in the cast following suit with #Bound on Twitter.

Wetpaint Entertainment asked multiple cast and crew members for the reasoning behind the name change, and production assistant Sonja Wright got back to us, saying, “Just a creative decision - Mr. Kelley felt like it made more sense for the episode :)”

This makes sense considering show creator Mike Kelley has said that this season will focus on the topic of fate and destiny and whether you can choose your own or if it’s chosen for you.

Though we loved “Bound” in relation to Emily’s wooden post predicament, we trust Mike to pick the title that works best for the show. But enough with the title change — what’s ABC’s description of this highly anticipated premiere? Read here:

"Destiny" - In the wake of last summer's events in the Hamptons and with the ante even higher, what will Emily's next move be? Will she be able to manage her heart and keep her emotions from getting in the way of her resolve to avenge her father? The Season Two premiere of "Revenge" airs on the series' new night and time, SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 30 (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

“Revenge" stars Madeleine Stowe as Victoria Grayson, Emily VanCamp as Emily Thorne, Gabriel Mann as Nolan Ross, Henry Czerny as Conrad Grayson, Ashley Madekwe as Ashley Davenport, Nick Wechsler as Jack Porter, Josh Bowman as Daniel Grayson, Christa B. Allen as Charlotte Grayson and Connor Paolo as Declan Porter.

Guest starring Barry Sloane as Aiden Mathis, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa as Takeda, Margarita Levieva as Amanda Clarke and Jennifer Jason Leigh as Kara Wallace Clarke.

That’s a bit vague ABC, but we’re not complaining. We wouldn’t want the entire episode to be spoiled! And obviously, we love that Madeleine Stowe is placed first on the list of returning cast members.
