Revenge Season 2 Spoiler: Emily Thorne Won’t Reveal Her True Identity to Her Mother

With the Season 2 premiere of Revenge as close as Amanda Clarke’s due date, we can’t wait to see an even more badass Emily Thorne this year as she tears apart anything that keeps her from finding her mother.
 
The mentally unhinged Kara Wallace Clarke is on the loose and far from normal, but Ems is still determined to get her mother back. But apparently her determination won’t go so far as to reveal her true identity to mommy not-so-dearest.

According to executive producer Melissa Loy, Kara is found, but thinks that Fauxmanda is her real daughter.

“It’s a little bit heartbreaking, the relationship she starts building with Amanda Clarke is very telling of what she should be doing with Emily because she thinks this other girl is her daughter,” Melissa tells TV Guide. “We learn the whole backstory and what happens between her and Emily when she was a little girl and why she stayed away all these years.”

Poor Ems!

After all of the heartbreak she’s had to endure with Jack, we’re surprised that this fatherless Hamptonite wouldn’t reveal her true identity to the only remaining family she has left.

And once again, Fauxmanda will make us sick and destroy another one of Emily’s relationships. Mike Kelley, if you’re reading this, no one would mind if she ended up six feet under this season.
