Prior to Emily Thorne's descent on East Hampton, Daniel Grayson had spent the majority of his privileged life looking through rose-colored glasses.

A Harvard grad with a promising finance career in the making, the future couldn't have appeared any brighter for The Hamptons' handsomest blue blood.

But all that changed when Emily stepped into the picture, exposing his family's secrets one vicious takedown at a time.

Now, Daniel's once-squeaky clean reputation is tarnished by a first-degree murder charge and a troubled stint at Rikers. Although the Graysons' inside man ultimately "confessed" to killing Tyler Barrol before "hanging himself" in his cell, Daniel isn't in the clear just yet.

But don't expect our poor little rich boy to play the victim much longer …

“He becomes a lot more clued in and a lot more focused on finding out the truth in everything,” Josh Bowman said in a recent interview with Boston Herald.

“It’s really a case of finding out what the hell is going on, and not much will stop him. He becomes a bit more ruthless instead of kind of the sedate Daniel that you’ve been seeing.”

Whether he'll begin putting the pieces together about his foxy fiancee, that remains to be seen. But in a surprising turn of events, she might have to uncover some startling truths about him.

"I’ll eventually have some things to hide and secrets to protect of my own," he teased. "I’ve bought chips to the poker game of Revenge."
