Revenge’s Madeleine Stowe Nominated for ALMA Award: Did You Know She’s Latina?

Madeleine Stowe is many things: a phenomenal dresser, an excellent actress, a bad ass … the list goes on and on. But did you know that this Revenge actress is also Latina? Maddy’s madre comes from a prominent family in Costa Rica.

And now her Latin roots are officially being recognized in this year’s nominations for the American Latino Media Arts Awards in the Favorite TV Actress - Drama category.

Also nominated are Jordana Brewster (Dallas), Julie Gonzalo (Dallas), Cote de Pablo (NCIS), and Lana Parrilla (Once Upon a Time). Though we’re pretty sure Madeleine’s got this one in her Chanel bag, her ABC rival Lana, who plays the Evil Queen in Once Upon a Time, could give her a run for her money.

But with one Golden Globe nomination under her belt, we have complete faith in our favorite Hamptons ice queen overpowering the Evil Queen.
