Top 5 Moments From Revenge Season 1
There’s no doubt Revenge had us destroying our manicures each week as we watched with baited breath.
Sure, there were obvious moments (Sorry, Em and Jack, but Sammy the Dog should have died five years ago), but most of the time we were more surprised than Declan was when he found out he failed the school’s entrance exam (really D?).
Here are our top five craziest moments from the first season of Revenge:
5. Lydia Davis Takes a Rooftop Dive
It was pretty clear that the Hamptons elite were bad people, but until this moment it was more of a Mean Girls “you can’t sit with us” type of deal. When Frank followed Lydia home and proceeded to throw her off the roof, things got real.
When she survived the fall, things got even more unbelievable.
4. Nolan Ross Gets Bested by an Old Dude
For an entire season, Nolan Ross has proved to be the King of Cool, but when up against the creepy crawler we know as “The White-Haired Man,” Nolan was no match. Though the villain’s code name implies that his residence is located at a local nursing home, this is no geriatric patient.
When the white-haired man grabbed Nolan by the neck, we were in need of a bedpan and a pacemaker.
3. Tyler Barrol Points Gun’s Barrel at Emily Thorne’s Head
We always knew Tyler was trouble, but this psycho switch flipped when he crashed Danny’s birthday party with a shiny new present and the promise to put some bullets in Emily Thorne’s head.
2. Flashback Fiasco Reveals Takeda Is Suddenly Relevant
Apart from being Emily’s Karate-Kid-style sensei, we weren’t quite sure of Takeda’s importance until he revealed his involvement in Tyler’s murder. And the tense tussle between the master and his pupil left Emily so flustered she destroyed her Infinity Box (something an intelligent person would have done long ago).
1. Victoria Grayson Boards the Plane Like a Boss
There are few moments in television history that compare to Victoria Grayson covered in white and walking in slow motion up the stairs to that fateful plane. Though we know Vicky’s going to be just fine, that didn’t stop the goosebumps from trickling down our spines and our warning screams from waking up the neighbors.
Do you agree with our picks?
